Ten things that makes you mentally healthy


  1. Value yourself - make time for your hobbies and favorite project. Do a daily crossword puzzle plant a garden and learn to play an instrument and take dance lessons etc.
  2. Take care of your body-  Eat nutritious food, drinking plenty of water, exercise,which helps decrease depression and anxiety and improve moods, get enough sleep.
  3. Surround yourself with good people.
  4. Give yourself- volunteer your time and energy to help someone else. you" ll  feel good.
  5. Learn how to deal with stress- exercise, take a nature walk or try journal writing as a stress reducer.
  6. Quiet your mind- try meditating or prayer or relaxation exercise etc.
  7. Set realistic goals- decide what do you want to achieve professionally or personally and write down the steps you need to realize goals.
  8. Break up the monotony
  9. Avoid alcohol and other drugs.
  10. Get help when you need it.

            Stress busting suggestion


1) If you have  stress - related problem, physical activity can get        you in the right state of mind  to be able to identify the causes of your stress and find a solution.

2) The act of taking control is in itself empowering, and it's a crucial part of finding a solution that satisfies you and not someone else.

3) Look for the positives in life and things for which you're greateful. Write down three things  at the end of everyday which went well or for which you're grateful.

4) Accept the things that you can't change.

5) A problem shared is a problem halved so always connect with people.
