Ten things that makes you mentally healthy
- Value yourself - make time for your hobbies and favorite project. Do a daily crossword puzzle plant a garden and learn to play an instrument and take dance lessons etc.
- Take care of your body- Eat nutritious food, drinking plenty of water, exercise,which helps decrease depression and anxiety and improve moods, get enough sleep.
- Surround yourself with good people.
- Give yourself- volunteer your time and energy to help someone else. you" ll feel good.
- Learn how to deal with stress- exercise, take a nature walk or try journal writing as a stress reducer.
- Quiet your mind- try meditating or prayer or relaxation exercise etc.
- Set realistic goals- decide what do you want to achieve professionally or personally and write down the steps you need to realize goals.
